    Your Role:

    You will be part of the People Analytics and Measurement team (P.A.M) at McKinsey, a group dedicated to supporting the firm's mission of attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. Working alongside a team of analysts and data scientists, you will focus on driving insights and actions related to key strategic people issues within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data characteristics and identify patterns
    • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to analyze people data
    • Help transition from Excel-based reporting to self-serve BI platforms
    • Communicate analysis results to internal clients and recommend actionable insights
    • Support a variety of firm clients by providing analytical solutions

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in analytics
    • Educational background in data analytics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields
    • Ability to communicate complex data analyses to a diverse audience
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
    • Experience with analytical tools such as R, Python, and other advanced analytics packages
