Job Description:

Summary:

Support and carry out, under supervision, the aircraft airworthiness restoration process of manufacturing items, dynamic assemblies, maintenance parts, and aircraft accessories with chemical surface treatment for protection, touch-ups, cleaning, and/or stripping to ensure the quality and standards required in approved technical data.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Maintenance Manuals (AMM, MET, or MRV), Manufacturing Instructions (MI), internal procedures, or technical standards when performing tasks related to protection touch-ups, surface treatment, and return to airworthiness on parts and pieces as needed.
• Clean and assist in chemical or mechanical stripping of parts and pieces to meet approved technical data requirements.
• Complete relevant aircraft or parts control records after the completion of each activity and ensure that all service-related records have been completed before considering the service concluded, following defined process standards.
• Clean, organize, and store the tools used in their activities to maintain workspace organization. Ensure no tools are left behind in the aircraft and keep their workstation clean and organized, collecting all debris produced during their activities at the end of the shift, disposing of it in an appropriate location, ensuring compliance with operational safety standards.

Requirements:

• Technical degree in mechanics.
• Desirable minimum 2 years of experience in the role.
• Technical English proficiency (ability to read and interpret manuals) is considered a plus.
