    We are excited to announce a compelling opportunity for Data & Analytics Manager to join our team in Brazil

    This role encompasses support for all CP manufacturing sites in Brazil, and Customer Service & Logistic offering an outstanding opportunity for exposure to leaders and businesses across the entire Colgate organization.

    This role will play a crucial role in Brazil:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data and analytics strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and data engineer, data engagement engineer, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of data solutions, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of data.
  • Collaborate with global, division and stakeholders to support the strategy roadmap, identify and meet data analytics and digital transformation needs and solutions (presenting insight in a clear and actionable manner).
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, harmonize and leading digital and Data analytic transformation journey for the Supply & Demand organization.
  • Identify and implement new technologies with a focus on digitalization, data analytics for the Supply & Demand organization.
  • Lead data analytic to develop holistic solution for data analytic including: visualization platform - DOMO/ Sigma and also other data pipeline - SQL (Snowflake platform) and advance analytic.
  • Provide guidance and training to foster system/ digital utilization.
  • Lead the D&A influencers.
  • Work in collaboration with projects in Supply and Demand in the area of expertise.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze manufacturing and demand data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for process optimization.
  • Communicates effectively with leadership to transfer information, request resources, and ask for decisions.
  • Facilitates the management of change in processes, the organization, and the culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing systems to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative (Be External).
  • Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Can work with different digitization platforms: Digital workflow, understand plant system Wonderware data flow & structure - can drive the digitization approach to E2E supply chain.
  • Solid experience working for Operations/ Industrial/ CS&L/ engineering departments (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience).
  • Great data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Consolidated Knowledge in Operations management/ processes/ Industrial engineering tools & processes.
  • Proven Skills in Project planning, coordinating & management skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP, Minitab, database management, programming languages like Python, Google Appscript, SQL.
  • Data/Information Analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills in English.
