JOB DESCRIPTION

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking someone to join our intern program in the Purchasing department at the Paper Factory in Três Barras/SC. The role involves launching orders, following up, and liaising with other departments. Responsibilities include order input in the system, spreadsheet monitoring, and providing support for transportation logistics. Additionally, the position entails receiving and checking third-party documents, importing/exporting system data, and assisting the Purchasing process to ensure supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Enter and track orders in the system;
• Engage with suppliers;
• Monitor indicator spreadsheets;
• Support transportation logistics;
• Assist in document control;
• Extract and import data into the system.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Enrolled in higher education institutions (Bachelor's and/or Licentiate degrees) in fields such as Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade, or related areas;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI);
• Basic English skills.
