- Oversee the planning of the Omni-channel Marketing activation calendar to ensure consistent rollout across all Markets
- Strategically guide the brand activation teams and tools (Coms, digital, ATL/BTL, Sports Marketing, Events, Catalogues) based on SBP and MWB to effectively engage consumers
- Allocate MWB/SWB across the country in line with Global/Regional directives during the planning phase
- Contribute to Key City Attack Plans for consistent execution towards Brand KPIs
- Ensure excellence in execution by implementing Global Concept-to-Consumer and Sales Strategy & Excellence tools across all sales channels in the Market
- Distribute Global Wholesale Trade Marketing tools to Sales Directors and Brand Activation leads
- Develop and execute the country's Sports Marketing strategy, including budget recommendations
- Collaborate with LAM Brand Management on a Publishing strategy for the country and execute the agreed plan
- Lead CRM initiatives, drive database growth, and establish a country-specific loyalty program in coordination with Global Brand Management
- Monitor Brand KPIs and track Brand Health through studies
- Provide insights to Global Brand Management based on consumer/Market research studies
- Offer input to enhance Brand KPI performance based on country priorities
- Set a clear vision, objectives, and KPIs
- Foster a high-performance culture, engage employees, and lead by example
- Establish a performance framework for direct reports, set SMART targets, and provide coaching for continuous growth
- Identify and nurture high-potential talents to support the team's development
- Facilitate cross-functional experiences for identified talents within and outside the team
