- Transferir dúvidas de clientes de maneira independente e em conformidade com o processo, a partir dos canais de comunicação disponíveis, atualizando, se necessário, os casos gerados automaticamente através de dúvidas direcionadas de acordo com as especificações do processo.
- Criar casos no sistema de CRM disponível.
- Encaminhar casos não regulatórios para o subprocesso adequado.
- Fornece suporte de maneira independente, em conformidade com o processo, aos clientes, usando a documentação fornecida e outras ferramentas do sistema.
- Acionar subprocessos em conformidade com o processo (de acordo com as instruções de trabalho (WI) ou outras especificações) dentro do escopo da busca de soluções no sistema de CRM disponível.
- Fazer o registro completo do caso em conformidade com o processo no sistema de CRM disponível.
- Encaminhar o caso para o suporte de 2o nível tecnicamente correto, se necessário, assim como suporte adicional do caso de acordo com a especificação do processo.
- Participar das respectivas reuniões de linha de produção disponíveis para criar transparência, com geração de relatórios independentes, conforme indicado pelo Conselho.
- Os funcionários de suporte de 1o nível são responsáveis pelo suporte operacional da central telefônica.
- Assumir a linha telefônica de linha direta fora do horário comercial ou, se necessário, mediante agendamento em regime de serviço standby (serviço de emergência)
- Auxiliar outros departamentos de pós-vendas em determinar tarefas relacionadas ao cliente.
- Assumir quaisquer tarefas de assistência que possam surgir.
- Usuário-chave opcional.
- Implementação e cumprimento de todos os requisitos regulatórios;
- Implementação e cumprimento de todos os requisitos de saúde e segurança;
