Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and carrying out technical assistance activities for fish producers. You will provide information and guidance on fish farming, offering the necessary support to ensure cooperation between the cooperative and the producers. Your tasks will include suggesting improvements and ensuring compliance with established standards and policies to meet the Cooperative's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, analyze, and execute administrative support activities within your specific area of expertise. Follow established guidelines and targets to ensure timely execution;
• Support the Coordination team in budget monitoring, comparing budgeted versus actual expenses, and suggesting improvements to meet area goals;
• Monitor performance indicators, prepare monthly reports, analyze set versus achieved targets, and develop relevant action plans to support decision-making;
• Participate in training and events related to your field to stay updated on content, new methodologies, tools, processes, and legislation.
