    TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.


    Responsibilities:


    Responsible for the planning, gameplay design, launch and recap of LIVE events and campaigns for LATAM market aiming to support regional creators' growth and monetization capabilities in LIVE scenario.

    Deliver the monetization incremental result.

    Analyze the behavior and activity data of LIVE users/creators, continuously explore and optimize events/campaigns strategies based on analysis and market research.

    With cooperation from cross-functional teams, leverage special initiatives with campaigns/events to motivate managed creators' growth within the platform and achieve the goals together.

    Collect and provide insights on how to better motivate creators to stay active and keep improving their live content to the local operations team.

    Coordinate with central teams on new product go-to-market launches as well as the coordination for global initiatives. Make the global initiatives localized for the market and ensure positive impact proven by results.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor degree or above, fluent in both English and Portuguese and familiar with the culture and market of Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America.

    Passionate about LIVE and content industry.

    Familiar with Social Media content and creator ecosystem:
    TikTok/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, etc.

    Logical thinking and solid data analysis ability, able to discover problems from data and find practical solutions to improve key metrics.

    Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to think and present in a structured way and deliver information effectively.
    Experienced with project management skills and can deliver under tight timelines.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    1+ year's experience in the LIVE industry, experience in the overseas market preferred.
