- Recruiting exceptional Aplayers to join Revolut's rapidlygrowing team
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
- Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
- Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
- Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, selling Revolut as an employer of choice
- Driving the offer process and closing candidates
- Being a subjectmatter expert in your specialist market
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
- 4+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Experience hiring software engineering roles (both IC and Manager levels)
- Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Outstanding collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
- Impeccable organisational, multitasking, and timemanagement skills
- High attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- High ambition, selfmotivation, and passion about our vision
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a recruitment agency or hypergrowth startup

We're looking for an exceptionally driven Recruiter who'll ensure candidates are getting a fantastic experience within our recruitment process.
You'll innovate, drive, and deliver end-to-end hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at Revolut.
We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician who'll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies.
