    Location: Curitiba or Santa Catarina or São Paulo, Brazil

    We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, particularly within the construction materials sector in Brazil, and preferably possess advanced knowledge of sales in the Latin American region.

    Responsibilities:

    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
    - Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the entire country of Brazil and other Latin American countries;
    - Lead and manage a sales team, including Key Account Managers, ensuring their success in meeting targets and objectives;
    - Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales activities and track performance metrics;
    - Identify and develop distributor networks for building material products, particularly in other Latin American countries;
    - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing strategies, point of sales activation, and campaigns;
    - Communicate effectively with the sales and marketing teams, as well as high-level management, through regular meetings and presentations;
    - Monitor and analyze P&L statements, ensuring healthy margins and profitability;
    - Willingness to travel extensively within Brazil and other Latin American countries.

    Requirements:

    - Years of solid sales experience in the building materials industry in Brazil;
    - Advanced knowledge of sales in the Latin American market is highly desirable;
    - Proven track record in successfully managing sales teams, especially Key Account Managers;
    - Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics;
    - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Advanced proficiency in Spanish is desirable;
    - Experience in developing distributor networks within the building materials industry, particularly in Latin American countries;
    - In-depth understanding of retail operations within the building materials sector, across various sizes of establishments;
    - Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, maintaining healthy margins, and building direct and indirect sales teams;
    - Familiarity with trade marketing strategies, point of sales activation, and campaign execution;
    - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential.
