    Your Role and Responsibilities

    The Americas Technology Field Marketing Senior connects demand generation, product, content, and event marketing plans to sales teams to generate and progress pipeline, attract new clients, and increase client loyalty and retention.

    You will provide insight and guidance to the IBM global marketing team to determine the right marketing tactics that best help achieve key business outcomes.

    You'll work hand in hand with sales and help drive Marketing performance to the business.
    As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:

    • Develop and demonstrate working knowledge of technology and markets, and how IBM solutions solve our client's business challenges
    • Design, manage and execute marketing plans that leverage the collective strength of IBM Marketing and Communications to deliver on KPIs and business objectives
    • Deliver pipeline and revenue targets, deepen client engagement, and help progress opportunities via marketing and communications strategies
    • Leverage datadriven analysis to inform Marketing strategies and tactics, report on performance and ROI
    • Focus on Automation business area.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Deep expertise in creating and implementing successful marketing plans, leveraging a range of tactics and technologies within budget, and on time
    • Excellent written and oral English communication skills; the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels including executive stakeholders
    • Multidisciplinary collaboration, agile work approach
    • Business outcome focus with fluency in business and marketing metrics, strategic business planning acumen and ability to quickly adjust based on business needs
    • Analytics and insightbased decision making

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
