Main missions:
(Ex: Ensure, Provide, Coordinate, Supervise, Maintain, Analyse, Liaise with, Check, Promote, Monitor ...)
Manage Digital projects within Smart Operations (such as: for Guyana enterprise – ExxonMobil Projects)
Properly plan work to plan resources (Vendors, IT, Data Team, other stakeholders) for the development and deployment of the Digital Solutions & Projects
Ensure that the project will be delivered as per plan and budget.
Coordinate the various workshop with the stakeholders/SMEs to get the accurate configuration of the tools as per specialists
Ensure that the right stakeholders are providing the right expertise for the good progress of the Digital project (Clients, SBM Ops Digital Solutions Leads, IT IM Organization...)
Understand how assigned tasks will affect all disciplines and stakeholders; provide timely and accurate input to other disciplines
Coordinate the progress weekly meeting with IT, Provider, Data team, various subject matter experts
Provide regular feedback to the stakeholders on the need of the project in term of resources well in advance
Prioritize activities to effectively manage conflicting deadlines to meet key milestones and deliverables
Ensure changes are conveyed through the established channels of communication to minimize the impact to deliverables and project
Ensure work is organized and documented in a manner to support the intent of design for easy understanding by others
Ensure proper level of checks for all deliverables prior to submission; avoid cutting corners
Identify dependencies and obtain alignment with project stakeholders to ensure safety and quality are not sacrificed in the effort to meet the project schedule
Understand project requirements and appropriately assign tasks to team members
Proactively address any performance issues and collaborate with Line Manager to continuously improve team performance
Promote a positive work environment to keep a high level of employee engagement (e.g. by providing timely feedback to team, supporting staff in development needs)
Ensure proper communication with internal/external Clients to ensure all parties are promptly informed of project developments
Proactively track areas likely to change to reduce the "surprise" element, added costs and delays to project
School/studies/degree:
- Engineering orProject Management degree
- degree in Data is a relevant advantage
