Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Consultant for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

Location:

Brazil As a Workforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the client's HR and Business leaders to develop workforce and to optimize workforce performance.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to shape strategic workforce decisions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client's HR and Business leaders to understand their workforce challenges.
Perform in-depth data analysis and develop workforce analytics to identify trends and patterns.
Create and deliver presentations to senior executives to communicate workforce strategies and findings.
Work with dashboards, KPI tracking, data combining from multiple sources and databasing, people related performance, building robust turnover model.


Requirements:
Excel - high proficiency, including VBA.Power BI – intermediate proficiency.
English language skills need to be higher than proficient.
Proven track record of successfully delivering workforce solutions in a complex organizational environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field.
Experience working in HRKnowledge with QuickBase
