The main contribution on this position was to implement financial concepts on the innovation projects harmonizing innovation portfolios launching projects more relevant and profitable to the company. 
• Project Harmonization – Innovation portfolio reduction bring a consistent result on: better financial investments of CAPEX with better payback and TIR; portfolio reduction around 50% of project non-profitable; Total average Revenue duplicate around 2x for LATAM reducing complexity on the entire Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, inventory, manufacturing and DC)
• Influence business decision on the top management throughout KPI supporting company with revenue incrementability, gross margin increase, efficiencies in cogs, price positioning, portfolio reduction);
