• Caring Actuarial Calculation Process for HR;
• Coordination of payroll accounting integration processes, financial, and banking reconciliation; 
• Implementation and Operation benefits plans (all sorts of benefits) with a guide on automatization;
• Background in the design and implementation of HR model using PDCA and BPO/BPS methodology with policies, procedures, and flowcharts - SLA and KPIs, tools integration for service measuring, and self-service solutions such as Chatbot, Portal, Kiosks, SMS, and Call Center (tier 1 to 3), supported by BPMS tools as Qualitor, and Service Now;
• Experience in HRMIS with generation, consolidation, and management reporting;
• Preparation of the budget of labor cost with forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual (AOP and BOY), with variance analysis and actions, reporting to offices, indicator reports - KPIs; 
• Expert in payroll systems, HCM, and WFM Solutions such as FPW, Senior HCM, RM Labore - TOTVS, ADP Expert, Apdata, People Soft, SAP HCM (PA, PD, TM, PY, and OM), EC - SuccessFactors, Workday, and WFM - Moavi;
• SAP FICO, IBM Cognos, and Hyperion;
• Knowledge of databases - SQL, Oracle, Access;
• Deep knowledge of MS Office suite;
• Knowledge of programming language - VBA, Phyton, and Power Automate
• PDCA, and BPO/BPMS method for Shared Service Center backdrop
