Having already impacted over 2,800 companies/startups, I am a determined woman committed to leaving a legacy of innovation that generates profit and creates a positive impact for as many people as possible. I believe in aligning people and data to steer towards success. Nothing has a single perspective; hence, having a holistic view and relying on data is crucial for crafting successful strategies. My ability to lead change and drive sustainable growth positions me as the ideal leader to spearhead high-impact, innovative, and strategic initiatives.

My journey began when I founded an Urban Mobility Startup, winning awards with it. Although the startup is no longer active, we are currently finalizing the sale of the developed software. This journey provided me with invaluable learning experiences that opened doors, such as an invitation to take on a mission that had been in the ideation phase for over a year without progress: the challenge of bringing to life the innovation hub of the São Paulo Commercial Association.
I accepted the challenge, and in 5 months, what was once an idea became a reality with the inauguration of PATEO76. Shortly thereafter, I assumed the position of Head of Innovation.
I built a talented team and provided coaching to develop their skills. I completely redesigned the Ac boost startup program, and in less than two years, I sourced and evaluated over 1,600 startups, with 79.3% of the 116 selected securing new business deals through the program.
Over 150 people were managed under my leadership, with a track record of excellence in adhering to predefined schedules and budgets. For the past 2 years, I have been engaging with the board of directors, superintendents, council, presidency, and external stakeholders.
I was responsible for enabling 62 new business opportunities for ACSP, with implementation already underway. Additionally, I took on the continuous creation of new products and am leading a digitization journey for over 10,000 companies. I am confident that I am the ideal leader to drive high-impact initiatives. Shall we build this legacy?

My passion for the automotive world led me to begin my studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. There, I led the academic competition teams BAJA MAUÁ and MAUÁ RACING, which participate in the BAJA SAE and FORMULA SAE competitions, respectively. Through these projects, I discovered that I lacked management skills, process creation, and market insight, prompting me to change my course to another university.

Subsequently, I studied and graduated in Production Engineering at FAAP. There, I received a multidisciplinary education, and in addition to engineering subjects, I also took the courses listed below:
