I have experience in Travel management at Bayer, I took care of all corporate travel logistics for all Bayer Brazil employees, with direct contact with hotel suppliers, airlines and car rentals. I was also responsible for the accountability of employees regarding to corporate card.

Assist employees with the entire corporate travel process, from booking at Concur travel system or through the travel agency, preparing the expense report at Concur Expense for accountability; prepare and send WPAs for reclassification regarding airline tickets and fees; sending YourDoces receipts from the bank, travel agency and other suppliers for the approval of the area director; maintaining contact with the bank and travel agency, for resolution of possible problems. Maintenance of the corporate travel information channel (Mobility Portal) and the e-mail Travel Brazil. Troubleshoot refund accounting issues for legacy Bayer and Monsanto employees; assist in the use of the corporate card and in the creation of the expense report for the refund request. In parallel, I was part of the communication team of the BayAfro interest group.
