My experience in sales was crucial for enhancing my communication skills, applying agile principles like Scrum in managing complex tasks, and improving customer experience. I have a diverse background in B2B, B2C, CRM, and administrative areas, including experience in restaurants where I faced the challenge of working under pressure.

I speak advanced English and have intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German. Although I need more practice with spoken German, I am confident in writing. Currently, I am participating in the 4th edition of Ada's Dev - Product Manager at ProWay in Blumenau and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, both important steps for my career in technology.

I am motivated by continuous learning and customer satisfaction, which drives me to seek challenging opportunities in the development field.

I have solid experience in sales, customer service, and administration, with a background in industries such as supplements, food, and exports. My career includes roles in both B2B and B2C environments, where I honed skills in communication, client management, and process control. Additionally, I have worked with CRM systems, enhancing my ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at UNIASSELVI and participating in the Santander Tech program by Santander Open Academy. I am also enrolled in the 4th edition of the Ada’s Dev - Product Manager program at ProWay. Throughout my studies, I have been deepening my knowledge in Front-End Development (HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript), UX/UI Design, and agile methodologies such as Scrum, building a strong technical foundation for a career in technology.
