- Support commercial and account leadership in managing a fully integrated commercial operations team. - Ensure ongoing consistent adherence to commercial processes, procedures and standards, and manage issue and risk reporting on non-compliance to standards with commercial and account leadership. - Project management support to various commercial office functions based on scope of accountability: financial management, contract management/legal, sales, compliance and operations. - Manage the pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. - Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth. - Develop and approve quotes and pricings. - Manage receivables and booking processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition. - Accounting and Financial Reporting Support - Manage the forecast versus actuals tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial projections. - Oversee the management of journal entries to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making. - Lead and respond to internal audits to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement. - Operations Team management (CPMO). Work with a global team based in US, India and Europe.
