I have decades of experience in Customer Service, resulting from providing training services, participation in CS implementation in a multinational company and in customer relationship in personal businesses and family businesses.

I also have experience in the commercial area (Sales) in diverse areas, such as custom team building activities and games, sports and safety gear, real estate market, retail, etc.•       

I believe I have very good communication skills, I'm always concerned about attentive listen to the real needs of the customers, both internal and external. As a Pedagogue and a former teacher, school coordinator assistant and a trainer of corportive events for many years, I have a real passion for customer relationship and personal interactions.

I left my position at an Environmental Education company, where I was working as a Reservations Agent, to invest in implementing processes and structuring a new family business, which will be managed by my eldest daughter. Mundo da Lua offers high-quality gastronomy products and services, catering to the demanding A and B class public in the region.

Uggi Environmental Education (Australis Turismo) - March to June 2023 - Reservations Agent

 I was responsible for booking hotels, restaurants, transportation, tickets and all other necessary arrangements for carrying out Environmental Education trips, carried out for the largest schools in the state of São Paulo, including several bilingual schools - national and international.

Maple Bear Granja Viana - April to September 2022 - Bilingual Coordination Assistant.

In addition to the tasks of school coordination, I played a very active role in the dialogue with students, from Kindergarten to High School, by establishing a relationship of full trust with them, as well as supporting and helping the faculty and other school employees.

Poke Bar – Hawaiian Cuisine - January to September 2022 - Hostess

After the pandemics, I got back to work as a freelance hostess of the coolest Hawaiian restaurant in town. Customer service and reservations were also part of the work.

Conquistar Treinamento - 2009 to march 2020 

After working in several areas of the company - monitoring and coordination of training activities, customization and creation of games, interface with Catalyst Global in several offices (England, Ireland, Australia) and translation and revision of technical material – in 2015 I started to perform support and technical advice for the commercial team.

In 2017 I assumed a position of sales and exclusive service to the agencies.
