Studying psychology is a lifelong journey of learning about the human being. Each individual is unique and has something to teach us, so it is important to be observant and open to learning. I have worked in various fields of psychology, and I have always found that creativity is essential for making new discoveries and insights. 

Resilience is important to learn new things, but creativity is essential to enhance them.

When creativity and psychology are combined, they can be a powerful force for innovation and business success. My role as an Bussines Partner is to support the HR team in many aspects, in addition to recruitment, I carry out onboardings and training for newly hired employees. While I am still responsible for recruitment and selection process, I also became a Key Account, so I play a critical role in maintaining relationships with key clients by identifying their needs, keeping a good relationship, and providing them with exceptional customer service. I do not only coordinates the interview process, conducts references checks, and extends job offers to successful candidates but I am also responsible for managing employee relationships and ensuring that employee needs are met. My day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems but also:

- Publication of job openings in a variety of channels
- Curriculum screening, headhunting, competency-based interviewing
- Creation and implementation of knowledge management initiatives
- Social media recruitment
- Participation in a project to review, remodel, and optimize internal processes
- Regular contact and negotiation with national and international partners
- Participation in all stages of the university internship program (recruitment, selection, training, and follow-up)
- Support in the various daily activities of Business Partners (induction, teambuilding, internal customer service)

Within the company's growth, I was given the opportunity to develop and execute strategic communication plans aimed at promoting the posts job and company's brand. In this capacity, I am responsable for the "comunication" team to manage the company's social media platforms and engage with candidates and customers via various channels.

I graduated in psychology from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2022. I am fluent in English (Cambridge B2 certificate) and intermediate in Spanish.
