Graduated in IT Management, I am deeply passionate about processes and continually strive to improve my knowledge and skills in technology and process management. Committed to driving organizational success, I apply my theoretical and practical knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

I currently have the responsibility of implementing the Lean Program in my organization. This initiative aims to institutionalize Lean Thinking, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. By leveraging Lean methods, I dedicate myself to streamline processes and generate sustainable results.

As a Process Analyst, with a solid 4-year experience in a financial institution, I engage in the analysis and mapping of existing processes and the creation of new processes, using the Bizagi tool. My professional background has provided me with a deep understanding of processes related to payments, ATMs, cards, credit products, investments, account opening, and closure, among others.

Within my role, I am responsible for collecting detailed data and metrics, leveraging my experience to identify opportunities for improvement and potential process bottlenecks. Additionally, I play a crucial role in supporting various areas of the organization in identifying solutions through Lean and Kaizen Workshops.

My involvement goes beyond analysis as I also actively participate in monitoring the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they are effective and result in tangible improvements for the company. My prior experience in the financial sector adds valuable expertise that strengthens my ability to analyze and enhance processes in a dynamic and challenging environment.

I am on the verge of completing my bachelor's degree in IT Management this semester, marking a significant milestone in my educational journey. This program has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of managing technology in the business world.

In addition to my degree, I have also acquired fundamental programming skills. These skills have proven invaluable in helping me grasp the entire software development process, from conceptualization to implementation. They have enabled me to bridge the gap between technology and business needs effectively.

Furthermore, I have invested in continuous learning by completing courses in Process Management and Leadership Kaizen. These courses have not only enhanced my knowledge but have also equipped me with practical insights into optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

To top it off, I have obtained the ITIL Foundation v4 certification, signifying my expertise in IT service management practices. This certification is a testament to my commitment to aligning IT services with the needs of the organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
