Georgia Sanches

My name is Georgia Sanches, I'm 35 years old and I have a degree in Communications with an emphasis on Marketing from ESPM in São Paulo. Right now, I'm studying ESG in IBMEC as the field I want to be in the next step of my career. Throughout my 15 years of experience in executive positions, I have developed a passion for challenges and delivering results in companies through brand strategy and strategic partnerships. My journey includes positions as Country Manager at Conduit, an American early stage fintech, where I had the pleasure of leading the marketing and sales teams, in addition to launching the company in Brazil. Before that, I played a crucial role as Director of Business Development and Marketing at LoopiPay, a Brazilian fintech invested by Monashees, in which I was also a founding team, contributing to the company's success since the initial phase.

My professional career also includes important roles in Latin American unicorns, such as Rappi, where I worked as Director of Marketing and Growth, Director of Restaurants and Regional General Manager for the northeast - the region in which I founded Rappi in 2018; and at 99, where I stood out as Operations Manager for the northeast region as well. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the Latin American market and a proven track record of driving revenue through innovative business development strategies.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. My skills include expertise in B2B business, marketing planning, branding & growth, business development and establishing strategic partnerships. I find it easy to connect with people and great pleasure in leading talents. Both small teams with specialists, and large teams, of up to 120 people as a team as Head of Restaurants, at Rappi.

In 2019, I did Globo media training through Rappi, and also through LoopiPay and Conduit, I was a spokesperson, had contact with the press and participated in international and national conferences as a representative of these companies. I also highlight the award I won in 2023 from the global institution Women in Tech in the web3 category for my efforts in Latin America on this topic.

I am attracted to innovation and after working for three years in early stage companies, I learned about GTM and developed very close partnerships with several people in the Latin American technology market.
