Inform the guest at  Check In all services offered by the Hotel; describe and report on surroundings, services and schedules offered by the hotel; partners; third parties and "must see / must go" places. When asked to offer suggestions and options of tours, restaurants, shopping and famous quality places.
Check incoming e-mail; general cash fund conference; pending analysis and discrepancies; lock arrivals provided in the system(CM);
check status of pending requests (guest / managers / other areas); Physical round; Reservations documentation Conference; number of guests, time and amount of daily; check and treat guaranteed No-Show and unsecured; perform wake-up call; Amenities compatibility analysis; House In-use and Exchange; verification and correction Daily charges; preparation of documents for Check Out and payment; Check the payment of commissions for partners; Preparation and issuance of management reports to the General Manager, Operations, Reception, Maintenance, A & B, and House Keeping; Register Operational Logbook and interact with Guest Service; audit and Check Out Routine at Grand Hotel Taipei.

Since I have arrived from Taiwan, God was helping me to do what I realized to love the most: to be in attentive, safety, enthusiastic and friendly interface with kids and young students, sharing our lives and experience, at most well-known schools there (Kid Castle; Joy; Giraffe; National Taiwan University of Fine Arts, Happy Marian etc.) and also, improving personnel skills in companies and privately.
