I started my career as a Talent Acquisition in 2019 and have been working with recruitment for multiples areas, such as technology and marketing.

I had the opportunity to work in big companies such as Publicis Groupe and Shopee, being in touch with people all around the world. 

Experience with the full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing and decision making), using recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kenoby, Catho) and Candidate Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters and Greenhouse).

I consider myself a curious person, always open to new challenges.

Strategic sourcing focused on the BD, Marketing and BI areas. 

Talent Acquisition Intern - Publicis Groupe Brasil / março de 2020 - março de 2022 (2 anos 1 mês) 

I worked for two years as a Talent Acquisition Intern at the Publicis Groupe. 

• Recruitment in high volume for different areas of the agencies, such as BI, Media, Planning, Content, Projects and more;

• Recruitment for all agencies of the Publicis Groupe in Brazil (DPZ&T, Leo Burnett Tailor Made, Publicis Brasil, Talent Marcel, MSL Andreoli, One, Vivid/ Arc, Sapient AG2, Deepline, Prodigious);

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing (in English or Portuguese), scheduling interviews and sending feedbacks to rejected candidates;

• Market mapping;

• Job posting in the platforms: Linkedin Recruiter, Kenoby and ATS - Smart Recruiters.

• Performing the operational part of the team, creating manuals, complementary materials, being in touch with the Europe and USA team (emails and meetings), and training new employees to better use the ATS (Smart Recruiters). 

Talent Acquisition Intern - Mirante Tecnologia / outubro de 2019 - março de 2020 (6 meses) 

I worked for six months as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Mirante Tecnologia.

• Recruitment focused on the technology area, recruiting back and front developers, programmers, PO, test analysts and more;

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing. Scheduling interviews and sending feedbacks to rejected candidates. 

Young Apprentice - Trade Marketing - Luxottica / novembro de 2017 - fevereiro de 2019 (1 ano 4 meses) 

I worked for almost a year and half as a Young Apprentice at the largest eyewear manufacturer in the world. 

• Monitoring the payment process for invoices; 

• Request and return of branded materials; 

• Organization of the lending contracts
