Over 6 years of experience in Technology of large multinational companies, focusing in innovative approach in managing complex organizational changes as senior change management. Bachelor in Chemical Engineering (B.Eng) and specialization in Business Administration background.

On the past two years I have been dedicated to social impact in the biggest Non-profit organization in Brazil. Helping companies develop a better ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategies in order to expand their Corporate Social Responsibility as consultant in multiple segments such as energy, transportation, retail, communication, consulting, etc. Passionate about creating sustainable solutions to reduce poverty through social growth. Responsible for creating over a thousand of careers opportunities for underprivileged and for raising awareness for Sustainable Development Goals to NGOs all over Brazil, training over a thousand of NGOs.
