I visited companies in Egypt, Jordan, Iran, Mozambique, South Africa and others and was in touch with national and international organizations as chamber of commerce and embassies for instance in order to reach the company targets.

A- Responsible for developing strategies in order to increase the KLIN's market share globally.
As the head of the export department it was also my responsability to instruct the sales team and the export analysts how to conduct their daily activities.
Develop KPI's to keep the high-level performance it was a part of my job and to do the interface with the others departments as financial, production, fashion, modeling , marketing, logistics as well.
I participated of many shoe fairs and business meetings around the world in order make new partnerships and propose actions to make the brand awareness even stronger.

B- Responsible for Business Development related to Kids shoes in North America and Europe markets.
Contacts with Embassies, chambers of commerce, prospection of wholesalers, representants, chain stores, researchs, trips abroad and international fairs was part of my routine.
The follow up since the input of the order in the production line, passing thru the documents issues, the logistic process up to the delivery of the goods in the final destination and also the after sales contact order to guarantiee the customers satisfaction was part of my daily activities.

I started my activities in this company prospecting customers interested in road transportation and warehousing related to the Mercosul. After some months I was invited to participate of the "overseas department" offering services related to airfreight and sea freight worldwide.
Two years after these experiences in the countryside of São Paulo I was invited to move to Guaruhos branch to work as Business Development Manager contacting partners worldwide (specially in Europe) in order to develop business together.
