Internationally Certified Technology Specialist professional with over 19 years of
experience in AV, Live Event Production and Broadcast for both corporate and entertain-
ment events, with emphasis also on Digital and Hybrid formats in the past 3 years, through 
video conference and/or live stream platforms.
Experienced in managing the full cycle of projects from conception through comple-
tion (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing). This includes: brainstorming, 
surveying needs, budgeting, contracting, and developing production plans for internal and 
external stakeholders, besides monitoring all live execution and providing post event 
metrics. Very familiar with and have good relationships with the most reputable local 
agencies and vendors, which greatly facilitates the availability and delivery of high-quality 
services.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with the most diverse event
formats and audiences: marketing, sales, games, ads, product releases, sports, health,
pharmaceutical industry, politics, public sector, contemporary arts, performing arts, circus,
dance festivals, large music concerts, TV shows, etc. This wide range of work areas has
helped me over all these years to build a vast repertoire of experiences, that are essential
for me to develop and manage innovative projects. Very used to remote support hybrid live 
events/broadcasts hosted in different countries in LATAM, NA, EMEA and APAC, taking into 
account the appropriate approach in distinct cultures.
With respect to equipment and software, I have 21+ years' experience in AV 
Production/Operations, with mastery of software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After 
Effects, Ross Dashboard, and others; and mastery of hardware such as PTZ camera 
controllers, vision mixers, audio consoles, lighting desks, streaming encoders, converters, 
audio level processor cards, and many other production equipment.
Significant experience in TV networks as a camera operator, video editor, sound 
engineer, and technical director; for both recordings and live broadcasts. In-depth knowl-
edge of audio and video codecs, and YouTube live streaming: Live Control Room, RTMP 
URL, Stream Key, Video Bitrate, Latency, Captions, DVR, Analytics, etc.
I am REALLY PASSIONATE about live events and new technologies, and am always
seeking to broaden and deepen my knowledge.
