When I discovered the field of Information Technology, I realized it was a perfect fit for my goals, as it offers the opportunity to connect with people from remote places and make a difference in their lives through technology.

I'm Pamela Gomes, an Analysis and Systems Development student with a strong passion for challenges and continuous learning in the field of Information Technology. With experience in IT support, including account management, software installation, and issue resolution, I have provided top-notch support to clients from over 84 countries in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Proficient in Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and the Microsoft Suite, I have also gained knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Bubble.io, and Agile Scrum methodology. Alongside my technical expertise, I have successfully supervised a diverse team of 20 individuals as a language tutoring manager, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.
