Around 10 years experience in Sales, customer service and project management.

I am a proactive and creative professional able to generate and receive leads, identifying their profiles and needs, both from partners and customers. I have always used a strategic approach, anticipating actions and proposing constant improvements. I am self-managed, interested, and easy to learn. I am up to date as I am currently finishing a course as Tecnólogo em Energias Renováveis and willing to contribute to the growth of the team and the company. Generating prospecting lists and approach leads (BDR);

Prospecting leads and forwarding invoices for analysis, moving them through the prospecting funnel to the end customer;

Developing and following personalized approach scripts;

Mastering the service offered and understanding the complete customer journey;

Carrying out initial presentations of the company;

Receiving leads from other channels, carrying out the first approach and screening to arouse interest (SDR);

Controling the routine and monitoring leads worked exclusively within the CRM;

Analyzing reports and creating strategies for capturing leads.
