Bringing experience in customer service and people management, as well as in business and product management, and sales. I am dynamic, responsible, flexible, hardworking, resilient, and dedicated. I am an experienced professional with nearly 6 years of expertise in telecommunications, including 3 years as a coordinator responsible for a fiber optic network with over 6,000 clients.

 NETWORK MANAGER at IMICRO TELECOM, Ubá
     I began my journey with the company as an external installer. After completing over 1000 installations, I transitioned to a support position where I resolved customer issues remotely. Currently, I manage the fiber optic network and infrastructure team for the city and region. In this role, I oversee the execution of network expansion and maintenance projects to ensure customer satisfaction and acquire new clients.

   GENERAL FUNCTIONS at Supermarket Sacola Cheia, Ubá
     As it was a small supermarket, I performed practically all functions, such as: fetching and unloading goods to the stock, replenishing shelves when products were missing, processing payments at the cashier when the other employee was not available, maintaining cleanliness in the environment to ensure the place's hygiene, and also making deliveries to customers!

     I used to attend at the counter, handle cash at the cashier, restock the inventory, and clean the area.

     Internship to gain more experience. I acquired experience in electrical controls, motor installations, wire sizing, calculation of current in the electrical network, among other things.
