Ricardo Visnardi Gennari

Born and raised in the city of São Paulo, Southeast of Brazil, I’m planning to move to Europe and take my chances in Sweden, a country where I planned to live since a young age. I see myself as a good-humored, calm person who likes to work in a team and who adapts easily to different environments. In my free time, I like to dedicate myself to outdoor activities, reading and always being in contact with nature. I have a degree in Leisure and Tourism from the University of São Paulo (USP) and I currently work in the field of technology and communication, where I feel that I have found myself and intend to develop myself more and more. I like challenges and I am always prepared to step out of my comfort zone, both professionally and personally. Fluent in English and Spanish.

I am currently an SME (subject matter expert) at Meta, I work in the commerce department, where I create workshops and training for customer support teams, perform KPI analysis, internal reports and other demands related to people management. I have extensive experience in customer support, having worked in this segment in several companies.

I have a degree in Leisure and Tourism, from  the University of São Paulo (USP). The bachelor's degree in Leisure and Tourism works in several areas as well as tourist planning, communication, marketing, event organization, entertainment, cultural actions, gastronomy, hospitality, historical and cultural heritage, sustainable development and the use of leisure spaces and equipment.
Due to Brazil's participation in major international events, the market is expanding and offers opportunities in travel agencies and operators, hotels, airlines, cultural and sports centers, public and private parks, third sector institutions, in addition to activities in public administration.
