Responsável pelo contato inicial com pais e intercambistas, a fim de explicar os programas de intercâmbio, análise de perfil, atendimento de leads, prospecção e fechamento.
Resolução de problemas referentes a todas as áreas do intercâmbio.

Organização de documentação, preenchimento de applications de forma física e online, adaptação a plataformas educacionais internacionais, orientação de estudantes em geral.

Responsible for initial contact with parents and future exchange students, in order to explain exchange programs, profile analysis, lead service, prospecting and starting the enrollment process.

Troubleshooting in all areas of the exchange.

Organization of documentation, filling out applications physically and online, adaptation to international educational platforms, guidance for students in general.
