Roger Camara

As a UX Manager at Vibra Digital, spin-off of Bandeirantes Television Group, I lead the UX team in creating innovative and user-centered solutions for Band.com and Bandplay projects. I use strategic design and lean inception tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality digital products and services.

I have over 14 years of design experience, working with large retail companies in Brazil and Latin America. I have developed strategic solutions for brand internationalization, customer engagement through new digital channels, and sales process optimization in the B2B sector.

With over 15 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, I have gained expertise working in diverse market sectors, including the fashion, financial, investment, and communication industries. I have learned to harness the power of strategic design tools in conjunction with agile methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean Inception to ensure superior outcomes in the early stages of a design thinking process. This includes methodologies like the Double Diamond and Discovery, complemented by cross-disciplinary skills in data science and customer experience.

My most notable experiences involve leading significant projects at both national and international levels for companies such as Vibra Digital (a spin-off of the Bandeirantes Television Group), Nelogica, SellersFunding, Santander Group, and Sicredi.

I also spearheaded my own strategic design studio for five years, focusing on internationalization projects for brands and products through design thinking research methods. I worked with renowned companies such as Vizzano, Modare, Moleca, and Calçados Beira-Rio.

I graduated in 2015 with a degree in Strategic Design from Unisinos, in partnership with Politecnica di Milano. In the same year, I began a Master's program in Service Design at Polimi, completing it in 2017. I also earned a specialization in UX Design in 2021.

I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Emotional Design at Unisinos, with an expected completion date in 2027. My academic journey reflects my dedication to learning and contributing to the field of design.
