I am 26 years old and have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.  I am an extremely organized and careful person.  Challenges and innovations motivate me.  Throughout my life trajectory I sought to achieve my dreams and goals with a lot of commitment.  Believing that innovation and technology are very important for the advancement of society, I always seek to update myself and acquire knowledge.

I am a person who loves to travel and meet cultures and people.  During the Production Engineering course, I always tried to immerse myself in everything the university provided me.  I have always participated in events related to the area throughout the academic period.  I was part of the Junior Enterprise of the College and I was able to fulfill the dream, during this period, of visiting Silicon Valley, in California, where I met companies like Sales Force, Microsoft, Google and TOTVS.  In this experience, I was able to better understand the importance of reinventing conventional working methods and the different ways to motivate employees.

  After leaving Empresa Junior, I joined my first internship at TAP Maintenance and Aircraft Engineering.  During the period of 2 years that I stayed at the company, I worked in the Materials Planning sector, where in a short time I became responsible for the sector even as an intern.

  During the period, I was able to improve my knowledge of SAP and Excel, in addition to English.  At TAP, I actively participated in Kaizen, the company's continuous improvement project, proposing new processes and activities that were implemented in the company.
In 2019 I started my Green Belt - Lean six sigma course, which I based on for the Engineering course conclusion work, focused on the use of KPI's for continuous process improvement.

  In 2020 I joined Indra, it was a big challenge at the beginning, especially since I had to move from my city to a completely new city, but over time it was motivating, especially after the first few compliments, which served as positive feedback.  Working I was able to verify my own methods to optimize and improve my indicators.  Today I work for a network of hospitals as a data analyst in the training and development of people, and I was able to learn even more.
