Responsible for Rare Diseases Business Unit Brazil, reporting to Pfizer NY. Sales Force and Marketing Team leadership. 

Responsible for shaping the ecosystem aiming public polices implementation and prioritization by the MoH with the support of other strategic stakeholders such as Patient Support Groups, Medical Societies and the Legislators.

Management of 7 High Cost, High Complexity products for Hemophilia, Rare Diseases and Transplantation.  Development of marketing strategies and sales activities related to these products, including budget management, P & L, financial routines, Long Range Forecast, Five Year Plan. 

Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of the business unit   by managing and implementing different strategies for all products. Execution of marketing plans for the business unit products in order to achieve the commercial, financial and investment goals defined.  

Concrete BU sales results: 106 % of budget 2013 X 2014 (above the results of the company).  Significant growth of 57 % in units with high cost product without market access. Product standartization in Public Hospitals with self managed budget. 

Pfizer’s Workshop Lead/ Facilitator: “YOUR GUIDE TO NEW ASSET LAUNCH SUCCESS – LEADING A NEW ASSET LAUNCH”. Being responsible for training marketing teams and product managers in Latin America ( Cartagena, Panamá and Buenos Aires) and APAC (Hong Kong).
