I am a technology professional with 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, deepening my theoretical knowledge while applying my practical skills as an IT Support Analyst. My journey so far includes 2.5 years as an IT Support Technician, where I built a solid foundation in troubleshooting technical issues and meeting customer needs.

My passion for technology drives me both academically and professionally. I have a keen interest in learning about and implementing new technological solutions, always aiming to enhance user/client experience and satisfaction. I firmly believe in the power of technology to simplify and improve work and life.

In my current role as a Customer Experience Analyst, I am dedicated to resolving technical issues and providing high-quality support, constantly seeking to enhance my skills and make a positive contribution to the team and clients. I take pride in each step taken and every challenge overcome.

I currently have 9 months of experience as an IT Support Analyst at Lhoist, a large multinational company in the mining industry. I also worked for 2 and a half years at Faseh College, part of the Anima Education Group, as an IT Support Technician.

I completed 1 year of undergraduate studies in Design, learned a lot since I’ve always been interested in the field. However, since I was already working in IT, I thought it would make more sense to pursue a course in Systems Analysis and Development. I’m currently in my 3rd semester of that program.
