We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in this exciting role, focusing on JD Edwards operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• SUPPORTING THE JDE ENVIRONMENT: You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of our JD Edwards systems, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• INTERFACE AND RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND END-USERS: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
• HANDS-ON WORK: You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve defects, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner, working collaboratively with our development teams.
• PERFORMING REVIEWS FOR PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION AND BEST PRACTICES: You will conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• CREATING FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS: You will develop detailed documents outlining functional specifications, ensuring that all stakeholders understand project requirements.
• ADHERING TO SLAS AND PRIORITIES: You will prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

In addition to these core responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with advanced English language skills, experience in JD Edwards support, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, knowledge of Brazilian taxes legislation, and familiarity with JDE XE version are highly desirable.
