We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead project planning, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, exceptional leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline using Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, goals, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Operate as a product owner and work with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of project expectations and facilitating self-organization.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders, using metrics such as burndown charts and velocity.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and product owner practices.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Project Management) is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects using different methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional Agile teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, ...).
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, PSPO,...) is highly desirable.
• Experience as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Owners is a plus.
• Experience in Consumer Product Goods, Supply Chain, or IT is a plus.
