    O objetivo principal do nosso time de Dados da Loft é garantir que a Loft tome as melhores decisões possíveis com base em dados e maximizar o uso de tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial/Machine Learning no ecossistema da nossa empresa.

    Missão

    Nossa missão é liderar o desenvolvimento de produtos inovadores que potencializem os negócios da Loft, como o Simulador de Financiamento no WhatsApp, além de apoiar outros times na integração e utilização de tecnologias de AI generativa, incluindo LLMs e modelos multimodais.

    Funções

    O profissional responsável por esse papel deve ter habilidades para:

    • Definir o roadmap de GenAI em conjunto com pares de produto, design e negócio;
    • Participar na construção da visão de AI da Loft;
    • Recrutar e desenvolver a equipe para suportar crescimento do escopo de GenAI;
    • Suportar outros times da Loft na utilização de GenAI;
    • Liderar cientistas de dados e engenheiros no escopo de 1 a 2 squads.

    Requisitos

    O ideal é que o candidato tenha:

    • Forte habilidade e experiência em gestão de pessoas;
    • Track record demonstrado em usar tecnologia para causar impacto no negócio;
    • Experiência técnica em GenAI.

    Além disso, é necessário conhecimento de design patterns, modelos/APIs (OpenAI, Vertex/Gemini, Anthropic, modelos open source) e experiências prévias em ciência de dados e/ou engenharia de software.
