    Working together with a team of specialists, in internal controls, compliance, AML and risk areas, reporting suspicious activity, conducting investigation, working on projects and providing feedback for process improvement.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Ability to work on projects under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
  • Ability to query and analyze data to generate reports, analytics, and recommendations.
  • Document and manage audit related processes and tasks.
  • Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions.
  • Provide support to the Internal Controls, Compliance, AML and Risk areas in related activities and projects.
  • Role Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in compliance, internal controls, audit or risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to analyze, utilize industry standards and employ sound judgment to draw conclusions.
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability, proactivity, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset and service-oriented attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes, and AML and Risk related systems.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable).
