Responsabilities
• To produce best-in-class social media strategies that deliver outstanding
results
• To develop and grow social media and outreach management as a
service for Greenpark clients
• To work effectively within the parameters of the social media process
• Manage and maintain processes across social media projects in the
agency
• Ownership of social media and outreach strategy for assigned Greenpark
projects
• Conducting industry research and data analysis to identify the most
appropriate strategic approaches to client projects
• Working with social media and outreach teams across Latam to ensure
outputs meet client briefs
• Overall measuring the quality of social media service from the agency
• As leaders within our global function, we steer defined competence and
play a significant role in evolution of Greenpark's social media and influencer
outreach offerings
• Lead by owning Social Media & Outreach strategy across Latam, working
cross-functionally with team members globally, to ensure synergy and
social media impact for the brands at scale.
• Responsible for leading strategic development and execution of social
market communications and initiatives that support and build the brand
within the users and its communities across Latam.
• Guardianship and governance of social strategy, channel architecture and
best in class content across Latam. Ensuring platform knowledge,
audience insights, performance data and measurement are at the heart
of the social media & influencer outreach strategy.
• Continuously coach team members across Latam to enhance internal
digital capabilities on global social media and outreach strategy through
creative campaign toolkits, trainings and sharing of best practice. Ensure
team is monitored on a daily basis to deliver, publish, amplify, track and
optimise content accordingly.
• Spearhead social media and outreach innovation pilots to support
business goals, with close alignment with clients' brand marketing teams.
• Serve as a direct liaison to clients and multiple stakeholders across
organization as brand custodian to develop smart, integrated approaches
to local and global campaigns, as well as provide educational guidance
and expertise to the broad internal global social network.
• Demonstrate communication excellence with presentations, trainings,
webinars, social strategy update calls to key stakeholders.
• Briefing and managing Social Media Content toolkit production for
regional Latam assets, then managing rollout across Latam markets.
• Develop monthly regional social media content and outreach toolkits
accordingly, then manage rollouts across Latam markets.
• Creating KPI framework, through which cross-platform performance is
continuously measured and evaluated.
• Leading analytics and insights by compiling key metrics report across
Latam.
Requirement
• 3 years' experience as Social Media Manager
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Proficiency in implementing and operating social listening and social
management tools (socialbakers, iconesquare, stilingue, etc.)
• Experience in planning and implementing cohesive marketing projects
across different business.
• Being creative, resouceful, and collaborative
• Excellent team management skills
• Preferably educated to degree-level
• Strong writing and communitation skills
• Client facing skills
• Advanced English
• Spanish is a plus
• Experience within a similar role in an agency enviroment higthly desirable
