    We are looking for

    MES Application Developer,

    who wants to learn and transform his career.


    In this role you will:

    • Actively participate on a technical project (Agile Release Train) team, ensuring that
    effective relationships are built and maintained

    • Proactively engage with customers to define the overall technical approach for MES
    solutions

    • Proactively report on project progress against schedule
    • Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions
    • Participate in validation activities e.g. SAT, OQ, PQ to validate developed applications /
    workflows

    • Work with Validation to create documentation to support qualification of designed
    applications / workflows.

    English fluently
    Perform high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap
    analysis of user requirements
    Assist with defining MES solution architectures and develops detailed design specifications for business processes
    Develop apps, recipes, master data in a paperless manufacturing platform e.g.
    PharmaSuite, Syncade, Opcenter, Tulip, etc. and perform proof of concepts workshops to demonstrate solutions to the Business users
    Help define functional requirements through known industry standards, documentation
    Analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping (Value Stream Maps)


    Desirable Skills:

    • Development tools and C# programming a plus
    • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and securities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify causes for problems and roadblocks with
    strong hands-on and technical skills and knowledge and can-do attitude to implement
    corrective and preventive measures.

    • Strong analytical skills; use modern data analytics practices to better understand data
    distributions and analytical problems to improve data accuracy/metrics and draw new
    insights by incorporating an understanding of the business, customer perspective, data
    sources, and methodologies.

    • Strong time management and prioritization skill; ability to handle multiple tasks and
    projects while supporting productions to complete and deliver results on-time.
