The job will be mainly focused on processes but the associated must also have good organizational skills. The associate must be familiar with Asset and Change Management,Forte foco no suporte operacional do Dia 2 com forte foco no ITIL Framework, Incident, Change and Asset Management (CMDB)
Ser o defensor do processo e controle ITIL para a Sade do Consumidor.
Engage with the JJTS Operations team to understand the network tiering model and the hardware that represents the Consumer Network.
Become the Operational expert by reviewing the Knowledge Articles, Runbooks and OMPsLearn to lead by sharing presentations conference calls review process answer questions
Provide guidance to NOC onsite dedicated teams where find network drawings how run reports retrieve design documents CMDB data.
