Design Conversational User Experiences
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of conversational user experiences primarily within WhatsApp-style interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with FigJam and Figma, as well as experience working in agile sprints and client-facing delivery environments.
We are looking for a seasoned designer who can create and document reusable components in Figma for front-end handoff, map conversational flows and IA using FigJam, test and validate conversational interactions, collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth implementation, participate in sprint ceremonies and daily client meetings.
