    Your new role

    This role is part of the Warner Bros Discovery - MAX LATAM - structure and report to the Product Management LATAM Lead. Sr Staff Product Manager LATAM is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of product solutions, the main coordinator of gathering requirements, prioritizing, planning, communicating, and executing in a complex environment.

    Your role accountabilities

    ● Owns multiple high-impact product(s), feature(s) or platform component(s); works in highly strategic and complex projects.

    ● Responsible for protecting the voice of the customer in the region.

    ● Work closely with Analytics and Research to generate the right set of information and action plans to correct customer issues.

    ● Work closely with Customer Services to know customer pain points.

    ● Manage Experimentation backlog and priorities in the region.

    ● Gathering and creating business/stakeholder requirements.

    ● Sets priorities and builds shared understanding across teams, often creating more form networks to coordinate and drive impact across groups.

    ● Lead project timeline.

    ● Understand business needs and potential users' impact (BI + Research)

    ● Track and report issues and work with the tech team to solve them.

    ● Lead efforts to achieve requirements with stakeholders: Tech, design, marketing, operational, QA, and others.

    ● Work with QA and external testers to validate new requirements and releases.

    ● Work with copywriters to provide final copies and approve them.

    Essentials

    ● Works with a broad group of cross-functional partners to ensure that product launches are high quality, within budget, and on time.

    Qualifications & Experience

    ● Bachelor ́s degree

    ● Native Portuguese or Spanish and Advanced English

    ● 3-5 years with demonstrated knowledge of the SVOD industry.

    ● Strong understanding of technical/commercial/marketing principles and strategies across all platforms.

    ● Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior-level internal and external executives.
