    Análise de Fusões e Aquisições e Desenvolvimento de Negócios

    O candidato ideal será responsável por ajudar o time sênior no processo de aquisição de empresas, identificando e qualificando negócios para desenvolver potenciais oportunidades.

    Descrição do Cargo

    Responsabilidades

    Apoiar o time de Fusões e Aquisições com o objetivo final de adquirir empresas de software de mercados verticais;

    Desenvolver, proteger e melhorar a qualidade das nossas oportunidades além de alimentar e atualizar a nossa base de dados;

    Identificar eventos relevantes/conferências em indústrias e organizar reuniões presenciais com o propósito de prospectar novas oportunidades;

    Ajudar o time a assegurar que todas as empresas potenciais estão protegidas e trabalhar para identificar/criar métodos de mantê-las engajadas, ativas e protegidas;

    Ajudar o time a desenvolver projetos de marketing de Fusões e Aquisições;

    Conversar com donos e executivos de empresas de software, além de assessores financeiros, bancos de investimento e empresas de private equity, mantendo o mais alto nível de confidencialidade, integridade e profissionalismo;

    Realizar pesquisas de indústria e de mercado em potenciais oportunidades de aquisições;

    Ajudar o time de Fusões e Aquisições em todos os estágios do processo de aquisição/fusão, incluindo eventualmente modelagem financeira, coordenação de diligência operacional e jurídica, e preparação de memorandos de investimento para apresentar aos Comitês de investimentos internos.

    Qualificações

    Forte desempenho acadêmico em universidades de primeira linha;

    Forte senso de negócio;

    Domínio de Excel e PowerPoint; desejo de aprender e construir complexos modelos financeiros e interesse em conduzir análises e apresentações que serão entregues aos executivos sêniores do grupo;

    Capacidade para encontrar soluções e tomar decisões com dados imperfeitos e ambíguos;

    Capacidade em organizar o seu tempo e desempenhar diversas tarefas ao mesmo tempo;

    Capacidade para se comunicar de forma executiva com donos de negócios, executivos sêniores e assessores de empresas;

    Forte entendimento do mercado de tecnologia e da indústria de software é um ativo;

    Fluência em Inglês é fundamental;

    Fluência em Espanhol é um ativo.
