Promotes and provides affordable credit to the client and help them expand their present business activities and increase their income.
Responsible for the generation and monitoring of Microfinance Loan Accounts using effective tools and techniques provided by the management.Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze potential Microfinance Loan markets to find opportunities to promote loans and financial services2. Ensure loan applications are complete and correct prior to processing of loans3. Verify and conduct Credit Background Investigation4. Loan Presentation to the Branch Relations Manager5. Prepares all the Loan Documents prior to Loan disbursements6. Assist in Loan Releases7. Conducts Client Visit8. Prepares Reports needed by Supervisor9. Keeps and maintain all Credit Loan files orderly10. Ensures 100 percent on time collection of loan amortization11. Sends Demand Letters accordingly12. Gives suggestion and recommendation for the enhancement and growth of Microfinance Loan Program.13. Promotes other bank product and services
