Service Technician
The Service Technician is responsible for providing Aftersales support in Brazil, working from home. This role involves remote technical assistance, training partners on daily customer support via phone, email or face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
This position requires strong communication skills to work with local distributors, installers and end-users while ensuring proper product installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with PV inverters (on-grid and storage), distributed generation systems (DG) as well as electrical circuit sizing and interpretation of electrical diagrams.
