    About the role

    As an SDR, you'll be working with one of our HR Tech clients, and your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and engage potential buyers (Director, VP, and C-Level executives) in the talent acquisition and HR space. You will be tasked with cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads, set up walk-through appointments for demos, and prospect using LinkedIn and other means of prospecting tools. Your role will encompass the full sales development cycle, from lead generation to scheduling and coordination.

    • You are a people person
    • You are fearless and open to learning
    • You have experience either in HR or Recruiting, or in sales development and cold calling
    • You are carving for for learning (We aim to get every one of our reps become top 1% with our training and mentoring)
    • Fluent oral English level (min. C1 level is a must have)
    • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
    • You don't mind working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
    • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, , Zoominfo, Apollo, and Sales Nav. is a plus

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation:


    • Conduct extensive research to identify potential buyers for the accounts you manage.


    • Cold call and cold email the Director, VP, and C-level executives to schedule appointments for demos.

    Team Coordination:


    • Communicate with the Account Executive, confirm appointment schedules, and ensure they are well-informed about the call notes.


    • Provide necessary details and instructions to sales teams for each appointment.

    Data Management and Organization:


    • Utilize your prospecting tools to input and maintain appointment schedules, client information, and relevant notes.


    • Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in both our CRM and our client's CRM system.

    Metrics and KPI you'll be measured on:

    • Number of dials per week and the meeting conversion rate. (we dial 250+ per day on average)
    • Number of conversations and the ratio of meetings set.
    • Number of emails sent and their Relative Reply Rate
    • Meeting attendance rate

    Schedule :

    • This is a full-time (40-hour/week) position, working between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 PM ET
    • This role is open for applicants in Central and South America.

    • Base pay + commission (60%-40%)
